Private Session

Service Description

Our private sessions are designed to help our instructors identify the work you need to improve your body. The session is a one hour private Pilates instruction in My Pilates Gym. The Pilates apparatus is used to achieve the most optimal core connection and alignment for your body. Please bring any medical information your instructor may need regarding your specific needs. Bring a sweat towel and water and please also wear appropriate clothing for a workout including grip socks. Pilates is exercise so please be prepared to focus and work! Gym Instructor: $95 per hour Principal Instructor: $110 per hour
