Anti Gravity is an hour long group class that is designed specifically find a release in muscle and joint tension. Anti Gravity will gather the body into alignment for optimal connection. There is some extra time spent in inversions to decompress the inter-vertebral discs. A medical clearance is compulsory for anyone suffering a spinal pathology or has a medical condition.
